I wouldn’t want to bet on great news coming. Would have been a smarter play to get Sophs to raise @ 3c plus less dilution. And dangle the carrot of impending news.
this 2c offer seems like a desperate play. However fact the record date is weeks away. This will create easy environments to pump and trap retail in with fomo. I expect some volitility and trade opportunity’s.
Protect your capital. Say no to fomo. If your experiencing fomo. Scale in buys. Just buy 20% of what you where planning and wait a trading day. Best is to stick to you plan in place though
