I went back and looked through the photos. They do reproduce the same core photos in different releases, but when you read the releases they don't misrepresent those photos, that is, they do indicate they are images from previous drills. Reading through this thread (and like many others I follow AQX just to see what's going to happen) I don't think this is an ASIC matter. ASIC might take an interest if someone was raising retail money through lying. I can't find any 'lies' as such - in fact any investor would be quite welcome to go through the last five years of releases and (correctly) ask all the questions that are being asked in this thread. If, after reading all this information, they still decided to invest then they need more help than ASIC could possibly offer (IMO), and if they don't bother to read prior to investing then that's their own look out - caveat emptor.

The last results of drilling (as has been mentioned by others) was 2 November 2022 with a keen wait ahead for laboratory results.
That was followed by a trading halt for a cap raise on 30 Jan 2023, a trading halt for a cap raise on 28 April 2023, an announcement for the share consolidation on 2 June 2023, a suspension from quotation on 6 October 2023 - then a reinstatement on 14 November along with another cap raising.

Between 2 November - the last drill results - there have been no further drill results, no lab results - 3 cap raises and a consolidation.

If someone wants to invest in this I'd be very interested to hear their reasons why - but you can't say it's not transparent - the transparency is why I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.
