Agreed, not a great sign that there isn't Ron directly in the picture. Don't see a price, which is not unheard of, they will be judging from the market what they think a fair price is.
However, there isn't even a size indicated for the CR, which is certainly odd. I hope they provide some details here about what their expected cash requirements are and what the cash is being used for.
