Don't get me wrong, I'm all for this expansion and may even participate in the spp. I do however have my suspicions about the lead up - share price rockets up to ATH in a time of massive volatility and uncertainty in world markets (sure the cloud story is legit, but it still seemed somewhat strange), a couple of instos reduce their holdings (early insight into the upcoming raise perhaps - I'm not sure how these things work in insto land...), and then we have a cap raise.

I'm a long term holder, long term believer in this stock, but just find the above confluence of events a bit unsettling (maybe I'm simply being naive).
