    To say its an issue at 30% premium is sheer "trickery".
    A 9% convertible debenture exercisable at 25c within 4 years is NOT a capital raising at 30% premium capital raising. These people must think we are all cabbages. We are just cannon fodder taking all the risk for a disproportionate reward for the risk.
