With the issues in Pakistan,the market no longer attributes any value to the Zameen. This may not be the case in the medium/ longer term as the country debt defaults.violent election & possible future military coup there are still 220m consumers with many working abroad and sending money back there is still a great market to be in. Just got to ride out the volatility. Furthermore, the Latam countries are the growth areas of the world. This is not a stock for a long terms hold you need to trade the cycle.
