I hold concerns there is a very real possibility the company will be taken over before it reaches it's full potential due to a CR that was poorly planned and executed. The heavy work has been done with NCCN approval, there's cash in the bank, there are impending positive announcements...yet new management with 'no runs on the board' arrange a CR that wreaks of desperation, poor planning and a lack of clear understanding of the business. With the low SP - sharks could be circling sooner than later. I hope I'm wrong!
