Trying to get back on topic, is this kind of information being withheld from shareholders even legal?
I'm quite inexperienced, but something like this seems to have a lawsuit written all over it, no?
I must say, if I was aware of this kind of deal existing, I never would have purchased shares to begin with. It appears to be such a god-awful arrangement, and not the kind an intelligent company would make?
