ASX Listing Rules require that entitlement issue price is not more than the vwap calculated over the 5 days before the day the offer is announced.
19th June - Trading Halt
16th June - vwap 2.1494c
15th June - vwap 1.7847c
14th June - vwap 1.6074c
13th June - vwap 1.6c
12th June - vwap 0.00c (no volume)
Average 5day vwap = 1.4283c
Placement / Entitlement Offer at a 2% discount
