benwex2. I think it's pretty obvious. They did a placement - not enough takers. Slide in a rights issue they weren't ready for or wanted to do.
further to that given the price they would have been better off releasing the drill results as a separate news and not hidden in this.
They would then hope given the discount that they would see some on market buying. That didn't help and although volume is light so no sellers really.
Now they will drill before the money is due. again hoping for an uplift.
