It is cheap considering the fact that the sp was suppressed after the last announcement. I believe if it was not suppressed, the sp could easily push through 50 cents as it is, it only hovered around the 45 mark. Hence the the raising only at 40 instead of possibly 45?
Regardless, from my understanding, they have 3 more non-disclosed agreements. If those come to fruition, it would be good. Moreover, now that this capping is done, the next good announcement will see the sp fly, I believe/hope.
