When we get the inevitable complaints about not having received the paperwork in the post and it's closed already, I want to be able to shoot those people down with "We posted all the info you need. You've got no one to blame but yourself if you didn't listen". Maybe I'm getting too old and grumpy but those whingers really irritate me and they keep going on and on about lack of fairness so anything which will save us days of that is a good thing imo.

I also think most of us have accepted that we'll only get peanuts so as long as we get our small allocation, we'll be ok.
