I used to believe that about companies as well.
Almost 16 days ago this announcement was made, so safe to say, 20-30 days ago this raise was known.
So a prospectus release has taken a month to write, a seismic report will have taken 3 months to release, and a PPSA (if coming) will have taken almost 12 months to get signed.
Is IVZ using the C64 and a 11.5k modem to communicate with these vendors?
