I'm trying to work out what will happen if they are over subscribed. I found this in the ASX announcement:
Describe the scale back arrangements
Applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served principle, if applications under the SPPexceed $2.0m, the Company reserves the right to close the SPP early. In the event of oversubscriptions, the Directors may also, in their absolute discretion, decide to increase SPPacceptances by a further $1.0m.
Does this mean that it is literally whoever gets their money in first? So if I send $30k the instant it opens I'll (probably) get the full amount. If I wait and it is over subscribed I won't get anything. Other alternatives are everyone gets a percentage of what they applied for, everyone gets up to a maximum value (so if you apply for $2k you get $2k, if you apply for $5k you get $5k, if you apply for $30k you only get $5k).
