I'm tempted to agree Holmes. Nobody likes the dilution. But the damage is done now anyway. Share price straight to raise level, possible overhang to come. Shareholder confidence low.
If the balance sheet is now causing operational issues then it needs to be rectified.
I would hope that they accept oversubscription, should there be any. Even if it means needing to seek approval.
Some options to retailers instead of various lenders and advisors won't hurt. The raise price itself isn't optimal, but considering Q4 trading it could have been worse.
