Dollar ... you are wrong .. they are tricky .. look at the example of 25% equity payments ( at 20c ) ... costing 11.9% ... you stated above that 3 payments would result in a 25 % reduction in the loan ... sorry but you have no understanding of how a P & I loan works ...its mostly interest at the beginning and a little principle ....
