Just imagine if Dom had of said, ok guys we are going to have a cr around the time of the borrowing of the convertible note facility, where would the share price be, I am pretty sure that we would be raising capital at a less price than the 16 cent mark. Which would spook the market. In my eyes Dom has done the right thing for share holders.
