But I would rather imagine them issue a decent equity stake to a cornerstone investor or anyone for that matter, at a share price that values the company at more than 3.5 to 4x EBITDA.

This was my thinking for any eventual raise. Something plump and juicy, to wipe out the vendor debt.

I would think it was theirs also.

But, looking back we had the major market sell off in August 2015, then market wobbles in Jan, Feb 16, the tech sell off and THEN Brexit.

All of these big events almost happen to line up perfectly with the companies corporate events and negotiations, beginning with the original debt funding last August.

It's almost comical. Can the man catch a break?

The corporate strategy was one of the main reasons I invested in this stock.

Now we are trading at 15.5c and hoping for a double bottom on the chart.
