Can anyone shed some light on the rules of the spp please. It is easily going to be oversubscribed so what is the limit that svy can increase the issue by, in terms of share number, total dollars or percentage of register should they accept oversubscriptions? Are there specific asx rules?
If they do not accept oversubscriptions then the 1.5 million will mean most people will get scaled back to bugger all if the majority of holders want in.
What is the most likely outcome? Accept or scale back?
