About 16m new shares equates to around 4.3% increased SOI.
I imagine the sp will adjust according to those numbers, which is pretty close to the 3.70 offer.
However, alot can happen in 3 weeks before the offer closes. Although not very often, every now n then an spp offer document can turn into a very valuable piece of paper.
