the Mozambique government was looking for 20% royalties on projects but a recent announcement in an article suggested that the government is backing away from such a high %. This may have been why other companies as well as projects in the last couple of years in the country have not progressed, note companies like BAT.ASX sold out and left for only $10m, they spend $20m just on the camp along. Hoping the pilot project moves forward quicky which sends to help most projects down the path of develop to full production
