increase underwritten amount to $4.33m, an increase of $3.33m.
•Increased Underwritten Amount of $4.33m puts Triton in a strong position to execute on
Strategic Reviewand expedite development of Commercial Pilot Plant at Ancuabe
Graphite Project.
