Prospectus out for the rights issue. 1:5 issue at the same terms as those to the sophisticated investors (0.04c with a free attaching option 1:2, which will probably be worth about 0.005). Ex date is next monday so that gives new investors a time to get in if they wish to participate in the offer.

The attractive terms mean that it should be taken up in full IMO, or at least the shortfall will be applied for. But the rights issue price isn't too low so as to be dilutive to existing shareholders. I think they got the terms just right.
