I have only posted the last two. I have been a holder in ZNC since 0.04 and haven't looked back. I have talked to management and there are some very strong announcements in the pipeline over the next 3 months in australia and abroad.

It should be noted that today is the last day before the ex day for the rights issue. This means if you get in today you are entitled to participate in the very attractive rights issue (shares at $0.040 with a 1 for 2 free option excercisable at $0.100, which should be worth about $0.010 when it starts trading according to the black scholes options pricing model). So there is a lot of value in that rights issue. If you get in before today's ex date you can then also apply for the shortfall of the rights issue at the same terms so you can load up assuming there is a shortfall. I would imagine this rights issue will be well taken up by the existing shareholders. I intend to load up.
