    Might be better just to buy on market rather than having money tied up for over a month

    Then again, if a lot of people think that way they could opt out and those that do apply will get more.

    If it stays around 23c I'll probably buy on market instead.

    Probably best to wait until the end of the offer period before committing IMO.
