    - Relieve the market perception of the capital risk within Avexa - Yes, whatever you invest management will make sure your capital will vanish as I lost about $40K. IMO SP will dive down to .022 level once this raising is completed. I guess directors' on market buying caused this temporary SP rise. AND finally I offloaded my all holdings today.
