I don't know for sure what happens when the $95 bid is over. But let me ask you, what value would you place on a hybrid paying 9%+ p.a. with 12 months distributions accrued?
In order to restart dividend payments for common shareholders for FY17, Elders will either need to redeem any remaining hybrids or pay 12 months of trailing distributions at 9%+ (inclusive of franking credits) to remaining hybrid shareholders.
I don't know for sure what happens when the $95 bid is over. But...
