I would like to liquidate my ELDPA but at $100 not $95. The conversion into ELD at 100 (with 2.5% discount - making it effectively $102.5) allows this by simply selling ELD on market. Some transactional risk - but I see no harm in holding ELDPA longer and wait for a better outcome or simply earn the yield. What do you think?
