If there are still $60m worth of ELDPA at the expiry of this offer, at $3.85 per share, that is roughly 17m ELD ords or 15% dilution cap raise inclusive. On the other side - they would have quite a bit of cash. The purpose of this exercise would move from paying out the prefs to raising ammo with no identified target, or raising a buffer for as yet unidentified/undisclosed problems.
