Oh john I thought you were more knowledgeable ... for Elders to resume dividends after stopping distributions on the PA's they first must pay the PA's the last years distributions.
By the way ... the "~9.5%" distribution you mention is based on $100 head price, as my (and I'm sure a lot of other PA holders) average price is ~$60 ... well you do the maths!
