Speeding ticket.
Someone has been buying in all morning, and looks happy to purchase at up to 11 cents, which is interesting because quite soon the 150m sophisticated investor shares are going to hit the market, and they were purchased at 6 cents.
I sold only a small lot on the spike this morning at 11 cents, just to lower my average down to 4 cents.
I will buy more in the near future though, on the dips.
