As a long term holder (have been in for a couple of years, expect to be in for a while longer), it's good to see the company investing in ongoing growth. I like that the existing data centres are filling up, and it's hard to see the cloud momentum slowing any time soon.
I also like the management style - they at least appear to be quietly and cautiously going about building a business that will generate high margins in coming years. So I'll continue to hold and will be taking up the entitlements.
WRT the approach they are taking to raise the extra capital... I haven't got enough experience to say whether I like it or not, but on its face it seems fair to reward existing shareholders with a reasonable discount to the institutional price. Perhaps others can provide more insight.
