I do remember watching a video, maybe a year ago, where Craig Scroggie was doing an interview. He mentioned that his biggest fear was that a big customer would come and see him in two years time and he wouldn't have any space to sell them.
It was probably a bit of hyperbole at the time, but it's always good to see utilisation going up.
One interesting point is that they are planning to hold onto these two new buildings, rather than the develop, sell and lease back model used previously. Much better, IMO, to have the freedom to adapt the centres going forward at the "cost" of having that extra capital sitting on the books as real estate.
