    I hate to say it but i believe the company is being set up for a take over by management and friends at the lowest possible price to the detriment of all us shareholders.How else can you explain this lunatic behavior.Why did they not let the price run after the last annoc?I BELIEVE our current underwriters have been gifted more % in the company at 1c without having to make an offer!!!!!
