Hi M, I agree with you.
There’s one other issue I’d add to your list. The ongoing debasement of currencies (especially the USD) through ongoing money printing tells me that the monetary metals like gold, silver and copper will continue to appreciate in value over the foreseeable future, despite inherent bouts of volatility.
I share the confidence in HGO expressed by you and by VYR. I think HGO is now in the right place at the right time.
