Hi Benz, for what it's worth, Imo, another consolidation would be a terrible idea and should only be considered on a firmly rising SP.
If it happens with no real change in the company's standing /fortunes, it will bring no more than a new floor to allow for further falls and devaluation.
In my observation this is a sure path to penny dreadful status.
