There seems to be variety of grade improvement numbers, assumptions & dates in recent announcements....
Ore Reserves Update announcement dated 12/04/22...
"Assumes mine grade at 5g/t from 1 July 2022 onwards in line with expectations from drilling."
Quarterly Activities Report - March 2022 announcement dated 21/04/22...
"Assumes head grade of 5 g/t from U/G from second half of CY'22."
Wiluna Operational & Corporate Update - May 2022 announcement dated 16/05/22...
"The grade of ore mined is now increasing and has improved in the last month (average 3.03 g/t in April, with month to date in May averaging 4.16 g/t."
Capital Raising Presentation announcement dated 24/05/22...
"Assumes Stage 1 mine schedule, with mined grade increased by 10% from Oct-22 onwards in line with expectations from current drilling..."
Historically WMC have encountered difficulties with mined grades not being in line with expectations from drilling. I think there's a reasonable probability that mined grades could improve for WMC during H1 FY2023 (provided that $50million - $85million materializes in a timely way in the immediate future).
