Yes sadly it's normal to offer as much as 15-20% discount as to secure the viability of the company. Maybe $0.14-0.15 cents. lately with market negative sentiment it can overshoot the place to figure. With only $1m in cash this is required. Much more future capital raising will be needed to feed the exploration so hopefully some better results are coming soon. we don't want our current stock diluted too much.
