I would like to suggest how the financing of Spain might go.
1.You must finish the BFS and get the permits to build.This should happen this year.
2.You can now start the discussions based on the delivery of 1.You appoint a lead adviser and ask them to
find a strategic Spanish partner.
3.The partner comes in for x per cent of the project which is the equity component to close the debt package
4.Elementos gets taken over before that happens.
