    If a share rises in price for no apparent reason, the ASX want an explanation and maybe even a trading halt etc.

    When a shareprice falls for no apparent reason, they don't want to know.

    Why is this the case?

    And then when the SP bounces, they issue a 'speeding ticket'

    What a useless bunch!
