You don't think the price can go lower?
I calculated what the lowest price could conceivably be to shareholders under the SPP.
Extra words got added in the SPP booklet that I hadn't seen before.
I think they had the effect of raising the lowest possible price to not being lower than the price five days before the SPP was announced. I ended up concluding the lowest possible price was going to be around 21.5 anyway. Could be wrong - would like to see any other arguments that a lower possible price can be done than 21.5c and satisfy the wording of the SPP booklet.
