With Fujifilm onboard possible takeover from Mesoblast

1. Mesoblast can't afford to buy anything at the moment; and
2. How do you know if Fuji participated ? Doesn't mention participation by Substantial Holders or Fuji by name in today's announcement ? You would think Ross would want to promote Fuji in his announcement if he could ?
I guess we will only know once all shares from the CR have been added to the register because by my count if Fuji don't buy circa 200,000 + shares in this CR then they will no longer be a Substantial Holder (<5%) and will need to lodge a Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder Notice ... maybe they are even selling a few in the process - 2 million plus shares sold in 4 days must be coming from somewhere ?
