I was wrong about the big toe part on another closer look. It has to have been the smallest toe that was removed as the remaining toes get larger as we look deeper into the picture.
I was also wondering about whether suturing (additional stitches after d0 and before d28) had been used to close the wound as there appears to be scarring (like stretched flesh under stitch pressure) on the lower side of the wound at d28 that is more pronounced (looks like dragged flesh to me) than on the d0 picture.
However, in fairness, I cannot see additional stitches being added on the bottom side of the wound unless further stitches were also added on the top - and in both cases there seems to be just four stitch entry points on the top of the wound and on the bottom.

Last night I read your comments from circa 2018 about director loans - the directors loaned themselves money for in the money options with strike prices of 40 cents when the shares were around three times that. Sector weighted in on the same thread - ambivalent at first - 50/50 on approving loans - but then after comments from paddington bear and others came firmly down on the side that what had happened looked like plain old greed. - There is a wealth of good insights in the old threads.
