I'm guessing that take up on the rights issue has been underwhelming. I don't see why you'd pile more money into this company. It's been a series of false starts on various product lines from the start, with little to no market communication on them once they fail - we just find out at the next quarterly that it has been discontinued. Production increases to a point of maximum capacity, which leads to more losses. I can't see the company trading it's way out of this mess. At this point I'm not sure why they're a listed entity. If the directors believe in the company, take it private and do away with the obligations of a listed entity.
