or, they were restricted in some way regarding form and timing of announcement as to pre-approaching investors (not that that usually stops them) - btw it's Rawson Lewis (Dacres-Mannings is reasonably well-known in the market but can't say whether that will help in this case) conducting the bookbuild and therefore Fresh will be just one of the brokers they are using to find investors, either way, it doesn't look great...
