After stating for so long that Granville had "exciting times ahead" they finally come out and state ( the obvious ) that it has "underperformed" ...... not really news to many of us of course. As far as "extracting value" from Granville that could surely only mean a fire sale to get rid of it after countless $$ have been spent drilling etc etc ..... all of course only my opinion.
