Well, the second part of the announcement was a Rights Issue on the same terms..

Sounds like DGR and directors intend to participate in that.. I wouldn't be surprised to find Lind in the mix there too..

only this morning I noted Lind converted a significant amount at the beginning of the month but don't appear to have been selling much so could still hold most of their 100m.. I assume that's who they are referring to when they say "facilitate debt conversion of creditors whom are also shareholders" ..still trying to figure out exactly what that means but we still owe them close to $3m..

all a bit of a mystery, but I bet the result is we get the short straw
