Options exercise price is 3c but there is also option cost of 0.2c.
It makes no sense to exercise options if share price is below 3.3c, so the new floor will be above that (which large buy orders at 3.3c are confirming).
I reckon overall this is another good move, with two factors for potentially huge upside - either strike even more gold in Mali (current drilling results are very promising) or get money out of Tanzanian government (through already well funded litigation).
