Totally agree, it's a great deal for the brokers but not shareholders, though given the companies activity it would seem that the focus is more on management position that shareholders and working the ground. These guys will never find anything on their own. Was thinking of buy but after looking at the web site and available data there is no spark here. They are dreaming if they even think that they can take a government and hence structure with the lawyers.
