    once the share price settles at 5 cents, there are 33,083,934 convertible notes with face value of 10 cents covertible at 75% VWAP

    if the share price remains at 5 cents, this appears to mean an additional 88,223,824 shares issued at 3.75 cents (in addition to the capital raisings)

    reasonable announcement although very dilutive
